Description

  • Prospect for new business and build a robust pipeline of opportunities across the development lifecycle.
  • Deliver and exceed annual sales targets for Allucent’s development solutions.
  • Sell clinical development services across Phase I to Phase III, including clinical pharmacology, regulatory strategy, biostatistics, project management, monitoring, and data management.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through CDA, RFI/RFP, bid defense, award, and contract execution.
  • Lead client meetings and bid pursuits, providing guidance on client needs and expectations.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape winning proposal and bid strategies and support proposal preparation.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers at biotech and pharma companies.
  • Represent Allucent at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand market presence.
  • Drive long-term partnerships with small, emerging, and established biopharma companies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven business development success in a clinical trial environment.
  • Strong experience selling end-to-end clinical trial operations, preferably across the full clinical trial lifecycle.
  • Strong network of contacts within biotech and pharma across Europe.
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales goals and securing long-term client partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent travel (30–60%).
  • Consultative, solution-driven selling approach with the ability to articulate the value of an integrated CRO partner.
  • Strong industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking.
