Description

  • Develop a target account strategy to generate and grow new business opportunities.
  • Execute Allego’s go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Achieve quarterly sales and pipeline growth goals.
  • Manage the resources and coordination needed to win new business.
  • Accurately forecast business performance and sales outcomes.
  • Maintain contact, opportunity, and account data in Salesforce.com.
  • Prospect across multiple organizations through cold calling, warm calling, networking, email, e-marketing, and online research.
  • Articulate Allego’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Become an expert in Allego’s technology and communicate its capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling success as a consistent top performer who exceeds quota.
  • Experience closing large SaaS deals over the phone and in person, ranging from $100K to $1M.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Ability to set and reach personal goals.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and natural curiosity to solve problems.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic and positive presence.
  • High ethical standards aligned with hard work, integrity, and teamwork.

  • Base salary of $92,000 to $150,000 with a 100% variable target and equity.
