Description

  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline across inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Drive complex sales cycles from prospecting to closed-won deals.
  • Build relationships with customers and prospects to expand existing accounts and close new business.
  • Work with external partners to source and facilitate new projects in the commercial segment.
  • Prospect into an existing account base to drive usage-based and feature-based upsells.
  • Generate new opportunities through self-driven outbound meetings.
  • Create compelling demonstrations, sales materials, and ROI studies with the pre-sales team.
  • Forecast accurately to help the team achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales developers, solutions engineers, customer success managers, legal, partner managers, and marketing.
  • Define and execute your own territory strategy within the assigned market.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a closing role, especially in B2B, MarTech, or SaaS tech sales.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English; Polish or Czech is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Experience working with partners such as solution integrators, consultancies, or independent software vendors is a strong plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to think quickly and handle questions on the fly.
  • Curious mindset with the ability to understand prospect pain points and explain how a deep tech solution can solve them.
  • Structured and strategic approach to territory management.
  • Resilient, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-changing environment.
