Description

  • Qualify inbound leads from target accounts through meetings, email, phone, and chatbots.
  • Build and progress qualified pipeline within assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to research target accounts and define outreach strategy.
  • Identify key contacts at target accounts and develop personalized outreach approaches.
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns using content such as case studies, emails, screencasts, and presentations.
  • Track account buying journeys and tailor follow-up based on stage and engagement.
  • Manage sales activities, results, and account progress in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, Enablement, ABM, demand generation, and Partner teams.
  • Attend events, team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-ones to align on strategy and share best practices.
  • Support additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in lead generation and sales, with SaaS experience preferred but not required.
  • Highly motivated with a competitive edge.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding individual quotas, professionally or personally.
  • Ability to think clearly under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.
  • Curious, team-oriented, and comfortable sharing ideas in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Office Suite is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 30% is preferred.
  • BS or BA in marketing, communication, business, or a related field is preferred.
