Description

  • Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, system integration, and smoke testing.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, developers, admins, and product owners to support delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Streamline CI/CD processes using tools such as Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases across sandboxes and production.
  • Apply DevOps best practices to improve deployment efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards during deployment and testing.

Requirements

  • BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
  • Experience with test/DevOps automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, and Gearset.
  • Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools, and deployment processes, including Git.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and test automation frameworks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, and Salesforce DX (preferred).
  • Understanding of data security, privacy regulations such as HIPAA, and healthcare Salesforce use cases (preferred).
  • Proficiency in scripting for test automation using JavaScript, Python, or Apex (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (preferred).
