Description

Lead the delivery of multiple healthcare interface projects across the full project lifecycle.
Coordinate planning, discovery, connectivity, data delivery, and go-live activities for interfaces.
Ensure project planning and execution quality while identifying and mitigating portfolio risks.
Serve as the communication link between Integrations, internal teams, and leadership.
Manage issues, decisions, risks, and escalations with stakeholders.
Solve technical blockers and help resolve constraints through consensus and sound judgment.
Keep program scope aligned with strategic business objectives and recommend prioritization changes when needed.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including vendor management, negotiations, and contract management.
Present regular updates on program health to leadership.
Support business continuity by managing tasks that keep active interfaces running.

Requirements

4+ years of experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or related communication protocols.
6+ years of program management or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience with interoperability standards and methodologies.
4+ years of experience working with EHR, practice management, billing, hospital, or similar systems.
Experience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors.
Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including scheduling, financial, and clinical data (preferred).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to query data and build business cases (preferred).
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong problem-solving ability (preferred).
Master’s degree in a technical or relevant field (preferred).
Jira, Salesforce, and Tableau experience; working knowledge of Mirth interface engine; PMP certification (preferred).
