Description

  • Lead a squad of developers and a data engineer to maintain and enhance digital products.
  • Run and improve agile ceremonies while removing operational bottlenecks.
  • Track and report squad health metrics, including velocity, support performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and prioritize the backlog with business representatives.
  • Partner with account directors to identify and grow new opportunities within the client account.
  • Build a high-performing team culture focused on psychological safety, learning, and autonomy.
  • Conduct 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Promote Lean principles, CI/CD automation, clean code, and strong QA practices.

Requirements

  • Typically 4+ years of experience leading agile teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
  • Experience in complex digital consulting or enterprise software environments.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean IT, and scale frameworks.
  • Experience with industrial, automotive, or global supply-chain clients is a differentiator.
  • Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and client negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Japanese is preferred.
