Description

Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and convert them into actionable requirements.
Drive process improvement initiatives through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
Lead change management efforts and support stakeholder buy-in during transitions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions.
Gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

4+ years of project management experience.
Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders.
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
Hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results (nice to have).
Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt (nice to have).
