Description

  • Design and manage experiential events such as roundtable dinners, tradeshows, networking events, webinars, and regional partnership activations.
  • Develop and localize market-specific campaigns, messaging, and materials for assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Portfolio Marketing to align field efforts with Aledade’s value proposition.
  • Partner with Network Development leadership to create and execute targeted account-based marketing tactics.
  • Work with Regional Sales Directors, Growth Development Reps, and Network Development Leaders to support the sales funnel.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, subject matter experts, influencers, medical societies, and local healthcare partners.
  • Measure, analyze, and report field marketing performance using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
  • Use campaign and event insights to refine strategy and support the field marketing roadmap.
  • Mentor junior staff and improve event and process workflows where needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare or a health system is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated states and occasionally nationally, approximately 35%.
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience engaging executive-level leaders, including physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Experience developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned with local KPIs and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success with experiential marketing tactics that drive lead generation and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the value-based care landscape and experience working with independent physicians, physician organizations, and FQHCs.
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and solve complex challenges creatively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience organizing executive-level events and community engagements.
  • Demonstrable experience successfully managing Agile projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to travel by plane when needed and meet physical requirements including prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
