Description

  • Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of medium-to-high complexity platform features, custom data objects, business rules, and automated workflows.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable native platform configurations.
  • Own day-to-day administrative functions, including access architecture, role hierarchies, permissions, reporting, dashboards, and audit logging.
  • Enforce security controls, least-privilege access, and data validation rules to protect institutional data privacy.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, database deduplication, and performance cleanup to reduce platform clutter.
  • Ensure configuration changes are tested through UAT and regression testing and fully documented in Jira or similar tracking tools.
  • Monitor and maintain middleware and iPaaS integrations.
  • Partner with vendors and internal technical teams to troubleshoot recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Monitor system uptime, respond to critical application errors and post-release defects, and support major upgrade or patch windows.
  • Review vendor release notes, assess new features, and recommend updates to improve platform ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise software administration, business applications engineering, or a related technical role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with advanced administrative design features such as visual workflow builders, schema managers, or custom automation suites.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and independently managing ticket backlogs, estimates, and status updates.
  • At least one core administration certification relevant to the primary application domain, such as Salesforce Certified Admin, Atlassian Certified Professional, NetSuite Administrator, or Ironclad CLM Core Administration.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex cross-functional business requirements into technical layouts.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for resolving ambiguous system issues.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage multiple requests, and communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours for vendor upgrades, system cutovers, or critical restorations.
  • Experience supporting middleware/iPaaS platforms or enterprise integrations is preferred.
