Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
  • Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Create custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, role-based access controls, and data governance.
  • Mentor and lead ServiceNow developers and provide technical oversight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Document technical solutions, workflows, and architecture designs.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development, including widget customization and UI scripting.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow application deployment.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, leadership, mentoring, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred: experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Preferred: deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
  • Preferred: experience with UI policies, business rules, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
  • Preferred: proficiency in designing complex integrations using Integration Hub and external APIs.
