Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
  • Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts.
  • Build custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal.
  • Lead integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, RBAC, and data governance practices are followed.
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of ServiceNow developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Document technical solutions, workflows, and architecture designs.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required to support federal contract and Public Trust clearance requirements.
  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development, widget customization, and UI scripting.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD), platform architecture, solution design, and Integration Hub.
