Description

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Provide architectural input and help maintain platform stability through proper design and development standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a technical team across multiple instances and domains.
  • Support internal and external customers in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
  • Use Agile/Scrum practices to manage development work.
  • Advise functional and admin teams on ServiceNow design, development, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business, systems, and technology partners to develop business and system requirements.
  • Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, and related components.
  • Facilitate and support rollout of new ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Analyze system performance issues and recommend performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow tools such as Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, and Knowledge Base.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, and PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum project teams.
  • Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles and translating requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Experience with application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring, and large data sets/data modeling.
  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
  • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) is preferred.
