Description

  • Source candidates for federal healthcare and professional services contracts.
  • Recruit for roles including RNs, LPNs, Medical Technicians, Healthcare Administrators, Program Analysts, Administrative Specialists, and IT Support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for VA, DoD Medical, HHS, and IHS contracts.
  • Screen candidates for federal requirements such as citizenship, clearance eligibility, and credentials.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates through federal onboarding and security clearance processes.
  • Coordinate clearance submissions with Security Officers.
  • Track candidate status through the 60-180 day federal hiring cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, SCA wage determinations, and agency-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report pipeline metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Experience with healthcare recruiting or federal government recruiting.
  • Familiarity with USAJOBS, federal hiring processes, or cleared recruiting.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment.
  • US citizenship is required for federal contract work.
  • Direct experience placing candidates on VA, DoD, or HHS contracts is preferred.
  • Understanding of federal clearance levels and processes is preferred.
  • Healthcare credentials knowledge, including RN licensure or medical certifications, is preferred.
  • CHCR (Certified Health Care Recruiter) or AIRS certification is preferred.
  • Experience with SCA wage determinations and federal compliance is preferred.
