Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and trends.
  • Support onboarding processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA services.
  • Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
