Description

  • Assist the business development manager with customer meetings and technical discussions.
  • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and company employees.
  • Present new products and features to distributors and installers.
  • Train technical staff at distributors and dealers on product and technology knowledge.
  • Promote product solutions through technical consultation and support for key clients.
  • Conduct market research and compare Ajax products with competitors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key company partners.
  • Beta test new product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to support product launches and technical initiatives.
  • Analyze customer needs together with the sales department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, or home automation fields.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, fire detection systems, and access control solutions.
  • Proven experience in the installation and/or design of video surveillance, fire protection, intrusion, or other security systems.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • French is a plus.
  • Public speaking experience is considered a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Proactive, outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
