Description

  • Research prospective clients, including their brand, positioning, marketing activity, and service fit.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Write and send highly personalized outbound messages through LinkedIn and email.
  • Initiate, manage, and qualify outbound conversations with potential clients.
  • Book and schedule discovery meetings for qualified prospects.
  • Lead initial discovery conversations when required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
  • Manage outreach sequences and flows in HubSpot with a personalization-first approach.
  • Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve reply and booking rates.
  • Track outreach KPIs, report on performance, and contribute ideas to improve outbound systems and prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outbound Sales Development Representative role, with 2 years preferred.
  • Proven experience generating leads from scratch through cold outreach.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or digital services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach based on prospect insights.
  • Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills for sales outreach.
  • C1-level English proficiency or equivalent; native English is not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
  • A completed higher education degree is considered a strong advantage.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time, and work 30–35 hours per week (140 hours per month).
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
  • Must be open to feedback, resilient, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

  • First two months paid as a trial-and-adaptation period at full rate.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
