Description

  • Purchase domains and set up all brand-level email addresses and phone numbers for new brands.
  • Prepare and submit merchant account applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and vendors to gather, sign, and submit brand setup and compliance materials on time.
  • Maintain brand setup and compliance checklists and ensure every requirement is completed before submission.
  • Create helpdesk and ticketing infrastructure for each new brand, including categories, auto-responses, and escalation rules.
  • Coordinate 3PL agreements and returns documentation in partnership with the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Oversee Shopify and Legal store setup, including theme configuration, product listings, pricing, collections, and checkout configuration.
  • Brief and manage developers and other resources, and hold them accountable to launch deadlines.
  • Ensure all integrations are connected and tested before launch, including payment gateways, Klaviyo, review apps, analytics, and fulfillment systems.
  • Own pre-launch QA, coordinate go-live across all stakeholders, and sign off before any launch.
  • Build and maintain launch SOPs to improve the speed and reliability of future brand launches.
  • Monitor brand portfolio health, flag threshold risks, and recommend when brands should be retired or replaced.
  • Work with the Production Manager to decide which brand should launch new products based on volume and capacity.
  • Support ongoing brand diversification to avoid over-concentration in any single brand entity.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or eCommerce operations with direct ownership of execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, supported by specific examples of catching issues others missed.
  • Intermediate Shopify experience, including the ability to brief a developer, troubleshoot basic issues, and recognize when work should move to CheckoutChamp.
  • Experience submitting business applications or documentation to external parties such as merchant accounts, payment processors, or compliance bodies.
  • Strong organizational systems, including the ability to build checklists, trackers, and SOPs independently.
  • Comfort working with numbers at an analytical level, including reading dashboards and spreadsheets and identifying threshold breaches.
  • Excellent written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, developers, IBO reps, and internal teammates.
  • Ability to work fully remote and self-directed without hand-holding after onboarding.
  • Preferred background as an eCommerce Project Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or entities at the same time.
  • Understanding of payment processor requirements, chargebacks, and merchant account health.
  • Basic eye for design and the ability to give clear direction on what a legitimate DTC store should look like.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CheckoutChamp, Klaviyo, Gorgias, and AirCall.
