Description

  • Drive 2-3 active projects from start to finish and deliver value to customers.
  • Define project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Translate business requirements for technical teams and technical details back to customers and stakeholders.
  • Estimate development effort for project tasks and releases.
  • Participate in customer calls and provide regular project updates.
  • Organize and maintain project boards and related project tracking materials.
  • Document tasks, timelines, user stories, developer tasks, and detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate development teams, including QA and designers, throughout delivery.
  • Test the system before releases and monitor progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and mentor junior PMs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably web and mobile projects.
  • AI/ML project experience is a plus.
  • Technical background with understanding of web and mobile application development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with customers and project teams.
  • Experience managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and process description, including use cases, user stories, and visual thinking/drawing.
  • Experience managing distributed teams.
  • Manual testing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
