Description

  • Manage client expectations with executive leadership across IT and business stakeholders.
  • Identify business challenges and recommend data- and analytics-based solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities for existing clients and new opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals that showcase Wavicle's expertise in data and analytics.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
  • Take a hands-on role as needed in project management, business analysis, or other delivery functions.
  • Coordinate with teams across the U.S., Canada, and India to maintain project alignment.
  • Meet annual sales revenue goals and expand the footprint within client accounts.
  • Build and motivate strong delivery teams to support client success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience implementing and delivering data and analytics solutions, including cloud migration, data warehousing, and data lake initiatives using big data and cloud technologies.
  • 3+ years of subject matter experience in manufacturing.
  • Prior experience in strategic consulting managing client relationships and projects.
  • Ability to play a billable role on projects when needed.
  • Experience leading strategy and end-to-end data implementation projects.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated success meeting $2-4M annually in managed revenue sales.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong delivery teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
  • Must be based anywhere in the U.S. and able to travel up to 25% to client sites.
