Description

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from People & Culture, Finance, and Operations stakeholders for Workday modules including absence, time-off, time tracking, talent, skills, and performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between People & Culture teams and the Workday technical team for assigned domains.
  • Support functional leads and technical teams in designing and configuring Workday solutions while considering best practices and cross-functional impacts.
  • Assist in developing and executing testing strategies, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing for new features, configurations, and Workday releases.
  • Support end-user education and change management for new functionality and process updates.
  • Help define the multi-year Workday roadmap for Absence/Time and Talent/Performance initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution inputs for the Workday team.
  • Support successful adoption of Workday capabilities aligned with People & Culture and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources (HR) functional role with exposure to technology systems.
  • Experience with Time systems and performance management systems is preferred.
  • Experience in project implementation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of how to map business requirements to technical workbooks is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate end-user needs into scalable, system-minded solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the Workday HCM platform is beneficial.
  • Ability to plan strategy and tactics effectively.
