Description

  • Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues across email and video call channels.
  • Deliver timely, empathetic customer support and resolve issues effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams or other stakeholders when needed.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in Salesforce.
  • Track support trends to identify process and product improvement opportunities.
  • Create and update knowledge base resources based on customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on new features, best practices, and ways to optimize their workflows and business processes.
  • Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to improve the platform and support operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with Airtable, either personally or professionally.
  • Experience in an enterprise-focused technical support role, especially in a B2B tech environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude for solving complex problems.
  • Curiosity and willingness to dive deep into technical issues and continuously learn.
  • Self-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations and improve performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, G Suite, and enterprise-level technology.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, REST APIs, and writing formulas is a plus.
