Description

  • Lead the global marketing organization supporting four business units and the sales team.
  • Drive digital marketing performance across search, display, social, video, community, and other channels while optimizing a $50M+ budget for CAC/LTV ROI.
  • Develop multichannel campaigns and assets that communicate product value to ideal customer profiles.
  • Build and scale B2B demand generation, including lead generation, scoring, and routing, in partnership with sales.
  • Set and improve content strategy and execution across websites and other channels.
  • Develop the martech stack with engineering, including build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Create marketing instrumentation, reporting, and dashboards with the data team.
  • Advise general managers on go-to-market strategy, positioning, competitive differentiation, and ICP definition.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of SaaS marketing experience as a senior marketing executive.
  • Track record spanning self-serve digital marketing and sales-assisted motions for large SMB and mid-market accounts.
  • Direct experience building and scaling B2B demand generation, including lead generation, scoring, and routing, in partnership with sales.
  • Hands-on builder who can establish new capabilities with lean teams before scaling them.
  • AI-first mindset and experience applying AI-driven channels and marketing technologies such as GAO.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across sales and multiple business units or brands.
  • Balanced strategic and executional capabilities, particularly in positioning-led demand creation.
  • Fast, decisive, low-ego approach with comfort operating in ambiguity and testing new ideas.
  • Affinity for SMBs, especially micro and small businesses (preferred).
  • Experience in the document industry (preferred).
