Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout onboarding and build trust from kickoff through handoff.
  • Manage multiple onboarding and implementation projects simultaneously, keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track.
  • Lead weekly customer syncs to review progress, surface risks, and align on next steps.
  • Coordinate work across internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
  • Drive technical completion of each onboarding, including implementation of key use cases and metrics tracking.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers and risks before they affect project timelines.
  • Create a clear post-onboarding roadmap that supports future customer growth and success.
  • Facilitate a smooth handoff of accounts to the Account Manager after onboarding.
  • Explore and apply AI tools or workflows to improve onboarding efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in a client-facing project management or implementation role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-month implementation projects at the same time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated risk management skills and ability to proactively identify roadblocks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in personal or professional life, or an eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in digital marketing solutions such as mobile, email, SMS, or web analytics, or in a SaaS product environment.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and coordinating with customer development teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
  • Track record of using AI tools and automation to improve project workflows and customer experiences.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is strongly preferred.
