Description

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, order forms, and amendments.
  • Serve as the primary intake point for contracts and route legal issues to counsel and financial issues to Finance operations.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and metadata in the CRM, including expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, and financial obligations.
  • Act as an internal administrator for Salesforce by maintaining customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of a single source of truth for customer and opportunity management in Salesforce.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the contract intake-to-execution process and implement workflow or system improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track contract cycle times, bottlenecks, and contract volumes by territory or region.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports on expirations, renewals, opt-out deadlines, and price-escalation triggers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of standard commercial legal terms, including indemnification, limitation of liability, termination for convenience, and data privacy.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and contract data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across Sales, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
