Description

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads by understanding client needs and positioning AIRS Medical’s products as solutions.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, site visits, and social selling.
  • Qualify inbound leads against the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and market insights.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales pipeline development.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn and grow in sales.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and new processes or tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection with persistence and a positive attitude.
  • Experience selling PACS, AI-based software, and/or MRI solutions preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or related technology business preferred.
  • Familiarity with working in a startup environment preferred.
  • Experience working autonomously from a home office preferred.
