Description

  • Prospect and onboard high-quality host supply through direct sales in the assigned geography.
  • Build and manage host growth projects, partners, and campaigns to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive organic supply growth in core and small host segments.
  • Prospect and onboard strategic supply and lead generation partners to generate high-quality hosting leads.
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings, partner discussions, and industry conferences across the region.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships that create mutually beneficial solutions to grow the host base.
  • Educate host prospects on the benefits of hosting and help them get started.
  • Coordinate with product, policy, marketing, communications, public policy, legal, and customer support teams to improve acquisition efforts.
  • Develop deep knowledge of host journeys, market dynamics, local policies, and campaign operations.
  • Deliver scaled events and complex acquisition campaigns in priority markets.
  • Provide timely support and guidance to professional hosts, including occasional in-person market visits.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales, business development, or program management.
  • 2+ years of experience in technology, travel, and marketplace sectors or in a high-growth scale-up business.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and/or a book of business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client communication by phone, email, and in person.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn data into actionable growth insights and strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively across changing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and executing at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
  • Highly proficient with CRM software, especially leads, opportunities, and other core objects; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Korean and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; experience as an Airbnb host is a plus.
