Description

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the supply network across key markets.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Lead pricing, commercial, and contractual discussions, including contract execution and operational setup support.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics to inform business strategy.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics such as availability, rates, and coverage.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Content, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure aligned execution and go-to-market plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and supply optimization.
  • Support ongoing partner optimization to improve market representation and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in travel tech, OTAs, or e-commerce.
  • Native or professional proficiency in Visayan (Cebuano/Bisaya) is mandatory.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to grow and maintain long-term partner relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proactive self-starter able to work independently.
  • Full professional English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel when needed to build relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the travel industry and/or ground transportation ecosystem is a plus.
