Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across EMEA and APAC.
  • Set and execute the regional supply strategy across acquisition, host quality, and portfolio optimization.
  • Guide territory-level approaches based on market maturity, host segmentation, and competitive dynamics.
  • Design and scale acquisition programs through direct outreach, luxury real estate partnerships, and property manager relationships.
  • Identify untapped markets and convert market insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Champion Luxe brand and quality standards across the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end hosts, estate managers, and luxury property management companies.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex host relationships and cross-functional issues.
  • Own regional business performance against supply, revenue, and quality KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives that improve host performance and accelerate supply growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and scaling field-based teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the EMEA and/or APAC luxury travel and real estate landscape.
  • Proven ability to drive local growth across diverse and complex markets.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and revenue targets through a team in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience building and managing high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, or estate operators.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers internally and externally.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year across EMEA and APAC markets and for team offsites.
  • English proficiency required; additional language skills are a strong plus.
  • Experience in the luxury travel and homes space is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay ranges from €96,000 to €120,000 in France, €102,000 to €128,000 in Ireland, €85,000 to €105,000 in Italy, and £94,000 to £118,000 in the United Kingdom.
