Description

  • Lead day-to-day management of client accounts and integrated marketing campaigns from brief through execution and post-campaign reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted partner.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and workflows to keep campaigns on schedule and on budget.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, media, and external partners to deliver campaigns.
  • Support strategic recommendations and campaign plans based on consumer insights and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and ensure seamless execution across multiple projects.
  • Prepare and lead meetings, presentations, status updates, and campaign recaps.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret data and reporting, and use insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities for incremental business and added value.
  • Support a positive team culture through collaboration, mentorship, accountability, and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of account management experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience in shopper marketing, omnichannel, or integrated marketing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously from brief through execution.
  • Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience contributing to or leading strategic planning and campaign development.
  • Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience identifying organic account growth opportunities or supporting business development is an asset.
