Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job descriptions, vacancy publication, candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection support.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using Workable and other recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate experience, communication, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documents, personnel records, leave records, and HR information.
  • Coordinate contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and administrative matters with management, accountants, and legal advisers.
  • Implement and improve HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and internal guidelines.
  • Support performance reviews, goal setting, employee development, feedback, training, and team-building initiatives.
  • Monitor employee engagement, maintain confidential records, prepare workforce reports, and promote an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and conducting structured candidate screening interviews.
  • Good understanding of HR administration and the employee lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Greek employment practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, or other technical professionals is preferred.
  • Experience with Workable or another applicant tracking system, remote teams, HR frameworks, payroll coordination, GDPR, or EU-funded project reporting is preferred; relevant HR certification or postgraduate qualification is also desirable.
