Description

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the Customer Success department.
  • Build and enforce operating rhythms for a remote-first team.
  • Own onboarding process quality and implementation.
  • Enforce SOPs, scripts, QA standards, and escalation rules.
  • Track backlog items and ensure projects are completed.
  • Identify blockers, weak performers, process drift, and communication breakdowns early.
  • Improve visibility into team activity, issues, and accountability.
  • Run performance management for Customer Success and onboarding team members.
  • Strengthen communication systems so work does not get lost in DMs, vague updates, or duplicated channels.
  • Ensure sales-to-onboarding-to-customer success handoffs are clear and consistent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Operations leadership.
  • Strong operator with a high-accountability mindset.
  • Comfortable being direct and handling hard conversations.
  • Experience managing remote teams directly.
  • Strong ability to enforce process, not just design it.
  • Fast-moving, organized, and comfortable inspecting details without getting lost in them.
  • Strong judgment around people, priorities, and execution quality.
  • Experience with Customer Success Operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience in onboarding or implementation leadership is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CRM, automation, and workflow-heavy teams is a strong plus.
