Description

  • Execute technical onboarding for new clients, including domain and DNS setup, email hosting configuration, and GHL sub-account builds.
  • Build CRM pipelines and automations to support client campaigns and operations.
  • Design and launch cold email and AI SDR sequences based on client briefs.
  • Scrape, clean, and upload verified lead lists into campaign systems.
  • Connect, configure, and troubleshoot integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Maintain and optimize live campaigns using performance data.
  • Follow SOPs closely and proactively flag blockers or missing client assets.
  • Support onboarding documentation and fulfillment operations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM setup, pipelines, automations, and sub-account management.
  • Experience with cold email infrastructure, including DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, and deliverability.
  • Experience building AI SDR or email automation workflows.
  • Experience using Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar lead scraping tools.
  • Familiarity with Zapier and/or Make.com automation workflows.
  • Experience configuring Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email hosting.
  • Experience working in startup, agency, or outbound lead generation environments preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Excellent async communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, detail-oriented, and execution skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Nice to have: experience with Acquisity, Smartlead, or Instantly.
  • Nice to have: HubSpot or Salesforce integration experience.
  • Nice to have: Meta Ads account setup and CRM connection experience.
  • Nice to have: LinkedIn outreach tools experience such as Expandi or Dripify.
  • Nice to have: basic prompt engineering or AI agent configuration knowledge.
  • Nice to have: client-facing onboarding or fulfillment support experience.
