Description

  • Translate client requirements into user stories and development tasks for the delivery team.
  • Customize and configure core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
  • Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead the creation, enhancement, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow implementations.
  • Participate in client meetings to capture needs and convert them into clear development activities.
  • Build and support integrations, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
  • Maintain Discovery and CMDB processes and perform ongoing updates.
  • Develop, review, and optimize scripts such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute in Agile ceremonies such as sprint participation and backlog grooming.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience customizing ServiceNow applications using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or GRC is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with active sprint participation and backlog grooming.
