Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication throughout implementation and launch.
  • Update website launch timelines and keep clients informed on project status.
  • Share process best practices and proactively identify new website functionalities that support client growth.
  • Launch e-commerce websites in line with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and marketing calendars.
  • Delegate tasks to internal IT teams and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage multiple internal work streams across Account Management, Sales, Accounting, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
  • Review websites in testing and production environments to confirm functionality and responsiveness.
  • Translate client needs into clear instructions and strategies for internal IT teams.
  • Develop instructional materials for internal teams when new functionalities are introduced.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience working in both the promotional products and web development industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Fast learner with strong creative problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
  • Aptitude for learning new tools and programs, including new software applications and ADA compliance tools.
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects and prioritize quickly.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage stress, and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with or willingness to develop a deep understanding of BAMKO’s internal processes to identify client solutions.
