Description

  • Own the detailed project plan and critical path across multiple Ascend 2.0 implementations.
  • Manage Sales-to-Implementation intake, validate SOW commitments, and coordinate kickoff with Customer Success and the delivery team.
  • Maintain the RAID log and lead weekly client status calls with structured Red/Amber/Green reporting.
  • Coordinate data partner and vendor onboarding, including SFTP/API/EDI setup, agreement sign-offs, partner testing, and file specification reviews.
  • Partner with the Business Analyst and Customer Engineering on configuration timelines, non-standard pipeline work, and issue resolution.
  • Build and run UAT schedules, distribute test materials, track defects, and document client sign-off.
  • Proactively identify and escalate implementation risks, scope changes, delays, and blockers, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure internal QA gates are completed before client-facing testing begins.
  • Track implementation activities and issues in Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Lead go-live readiness checks and own the implementation-to-Customer Success transition package.
  • Conduct post-implementation lessons learned sessions and document process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial or operational role at a specialty pharma/biotech manufacturer, health tech company, or healthcare consulting firm.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer engagement, implementation, or program management role for a SaaS or data analytics platform.
  • Direct experience facilitating UAT, managing client-facing status reporting (RAG), and delivering across agile and other methodologies.
  • Exposure to specialty pharmacy channel data, hub operations, or patient support programs.
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools and project plan management.
  • Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence for technical ticket tracking is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with technical teams to deliver products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
  • Passion for the platform and commitment to customer success.
