Description

  • Support the technical implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment of solutions.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on technologies, products, or platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through training, documentation, and best practices for customer teams.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customer teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet defined specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Perform ad-hoc technical duties and assignments to support project objectives and overall technical success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience implementing Atlassian solutions, including installations, upgrades, workshops, integrations, and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate customer requirements into solutions.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with command line tools, preferably Unix, SQL, script development, software configuration, and related technical skills.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or Shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles.
  • Experience in UAT testing and test use-case development.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
