Description

  • Implement, configure, customize, and deploy Atlassian solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout project delivery.
  • Deliver customer training, documentation, and best practices to enable knowledge transfer.
  • Work with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customer teams to align delivery activities.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet defined specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Support platform administration, operations, incident management, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Complete ad hoc technical assignments that support project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Experience implementing Atlassian products, including installations, upgrades, workshops, integrations, and training for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with command-line tools, preferably Unix, SQL, scripting, and software configuration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles.
  • Experience with UAT testing, test use-case development, and cloud technologies.
