Description

  • Establish partnerships with vendors and OEMs for API-driven data access.
  • Own the strategy and execution for integrations with vendors, partners, and third-party data sources.
  • Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of developers and automation engineers.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of automation workflows in n8n.
  • Guide the development and deployment of AI agents that clean, validate, and transform external data.
  • Partner with Application Development and Foundry Development teams to ensure seamless data ingestion.
  • Set standards for integration reliability, monitoring, error handling, and data quality.
  • Manage team capacity and prioritization across multiple concurrent integration projects.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support team member growth.
  • Participate in hiring efforts as the team expands.
  • Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders across the business.
  • Continuously improve the tools, patterns, and processes the team uses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong experience in logistics, asset monitoring, and ITAM tools.
  • Experience in B2B, supply chain, or IT asset management environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with employees and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, ETL, data pipelines, or automation engineering.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
  • Understanding of AI/LLM applications for data processing, validation, or transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Comfort working with messy, inconsistent data from external sources.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to building reliable systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability for automated workflows.
