Description

Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines in Databricks and Spark for analytics and AI use cases.
Develop logical and physical data models to support reporting, experimentation, scoring, and signal generation.
Implement monitoring, alerts, testing, and lineage checks to ensure data quality and trustworthy delivery.
Support workflow orchestration using Databricks Jobs, DBT, or similar scheduling tools.
Design and optimize bulk generative AI data pipelines in Databricks at scale.
Contribute to pipelines and tooling for retrieval-augmented generation, vector integrations, and embedding workflows.
Partner with AI engineers and data scientists on experimentation, model training, and production deployments.
Build frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and monitoring across CRM, sales, and revenue systems.
Translate business needs from RevOps, sales, and customer success stakeholders into data requirements and technical implementations.

Requirements

2-3 years of industry experience in data engineering, with significant experience building large-scale data platforms.
Hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as Databricks, DBT, Redshift, RDS, Snowflake, or similar solutions.
Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience designing robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
Experience orchestrating data workflows at scale and enabling machine learning or AI use cases.
Strong understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and cost-efficient infrastructure design.
Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States for this fully remote role.
Experience enabling generative AI workflows in Databricks or similar platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems is preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Outreach, or other CRM/enablement tools as data sources is preferred.
Exposure to observability, monitoring, and governance best practices for data and AI systems is preferred.

Benefits

Annual base salary of $101,745 to $153,900 USD.
Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff.
