Description

  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines in Databricks and Spark for analytics and AI use cases.
  • Develop logical and physical data models to support reporting, experimentation, scoring, and signal generation.
  • Implement monitoring, alerts, testing, and lineage checks to ensure data quality and trustworthy delivery.
  • Support workflow orchestration using Databricks Jobs, DBT, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Design and optimize bulk generative AI data pipelines in Databricks at scale.
  • Contribute to pipelines and tooling for retrieval-augmented generation, vector integrations, and embedding workflows.
  • Partner with AI engineers and data scientists on experimentation, model training, and production deployments.
  • Build frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and monitoring across CRM, sales, and revenue systems.
  • Translate business needs from RevOps, sales, and customer success stakeholders into data requirements and technical implementations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of industry experience in data engineering, with significant experience building large-scale data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as Databricks, DBT, Redshift, RDS, Snowflake, or similar solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience designing robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience orchestrating data workflows at scale and enabling machine learning or AI use cases.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, performance optimization, and cost-efficient infrastructure design.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States for this fully remote role.
  • Experience enabling generative AI workflows in Databricks or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Outreach, or other CRM/enablement tools as data sources is preferred.
  • Exposure to observability, monitoring, and governance best practices for data and AI systems is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $101,745 to $153,900 USD.
  • Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff.
