Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Cisco Enterprise Agreements, including CX EA, SW EA, Security EA, and Meraki EA.
  • Own True Forward execution from the 60-day pre-anniversary handoff through reporting analysis, quoting, order processing, and partner coordination.
  • Analyze True Forward reports to identify Cross Suite Value Shifts and Inter-Suite Value Shifts and incorporate findings into quotes and orders.
  • Build and manage EA quotes in the EA Management Portal and create applicable sidecar quotes in CCW-R.
  • Support EA deal registration and maintain Letters of Customer Consent for quoting eligibility and compliance.
  • Manage renewal activity 90–120 days before anniversary dates and provide budgetary and executable quotes.
  • Handle ALC subscription modifications, EA recasts, and modifications inside and outside the 90-day renewal window.
  • Maintain accurate EA pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity records in Salesforce.
  • Advise Cisco Renewal Specialists on EA processes and best practices.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance on billing, margin, and True Forward cost reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Cisco Enterprise Agreement experience, including direct True Forward and EA modification execution.
  • Proficiency with the EA Management Portal and working knowledge of CCW-R for sidecar quoting.
  • Knowledge of Cisco EA structures, suites, tiers, True Forwards, CSVS, EGTFs, and co-term logic.
  • Experience coordinating with Cisco account managers, Cisco CX teams, and TD SYNNEX.
  • Strong Salesforce or CRM experience managing opportunity records and pipeline data.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to independently manage complex, multi-party deals with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining EA concepts to sales teams and customers.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment with concurrent renewal timelines.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort with margin percentages and pricing models.
