Description

  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations and system requests.
  • Help test system enhancements and validate HR data.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with experienced HRIS specialists on operational tasks and project work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Agoda’s people operations.
  • Gain exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday and how they support large-scale organizations.
  • Contribute to system testing, data validation, and documentation activities.
  • Build a foundation for future work in HRIS or People Technology.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with others.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in finding new ways to improve processes.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems or HR processes such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
  • Internship or coursework related to HR systems, data, or technology is preferred.
  • Interest in data analysis, automation, reporting, or process improvement is preferred.
