Description

  • Design, build, and own end-to-end LLM-based systems for user intent understanding, trip planning, and booking workflows.
  • Translate open-ended product problems into concrete ML and LLM solutions.
  • Balance quality, latency, cost, and reliability in production environments.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to make technical and product trade-offs.
  • Ship features quickly, learn from production usage, and continuously improve system behavior.
  • Operate solutions that work directly in real booking flows at Agoda scale.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on data science experience, including modeling, feature engineering, statistics, and experimentation.
  • Experience building and operating production LLM systems.
  • Experience with RAG, tool or agent orchestration, and context and memory management is preferred.
  • Strong focus on evaluation, testing, and iteration for LLM systems.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in parts of the LLM systems space if not already experienced.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort operating in open-ended problem spaces where requirements evolve.
  • Senior-level experience as a Data Scientist or ML practitioner is implied.
