Description

  • Independently execute patient analytics projects with global teams.
  • Translate project and engagement needs into analytical tasks and action plans.
  • Design and execute advanced analytics solutions for patient-centric business problems.
  • Apply descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, machine learning, NLP, and neural networks to identify actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with project leads, engagement managers, and team members to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage project priorities, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sets to solve complex business problems and create new insight approaches.
  • Contribute to firm-building initiatives such as capability development, standardization, templates, and knowledge repositories.
  • Develop training plans and support upskilling of consultants.
  • Mentor and coach junior resources through projects, training programs, and on-the-job guidance.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years of data science and/or patient analytics experience preferred.
  • Experience applying advanced analytics techniques for predictive analysis.
  • Proficiency in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data manipulation using Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Strong expertise with analytics and visualization tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle unstructured real-world problems.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong interest in solving current issue areas in the pharma industry.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sets is preferred.
