Description

  • Sell Agiloft’s CLM platform to new Mid-Market customers and own opportunities from qualification through close.
  • Develop and execute win strategies and close plans to move deals forward within forecasted timelines.
  • Manage moderately complex deal structures, procurement processes, and customer buying committees.
  • Conduct value-based discovery conversations focused on customer pain points, business outcomes, and ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, demonstrations, and pricing proposals.
  • Position Agiloft as a differentiated leader in CLM and AI-enabled contract management.
  • Build, manage, and progress a healthy pipeline while maintaining stage integrity and risk assessment.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecast records in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular updates to sales leadership on account strategy, progress, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Deal Desk, Professional Services, implementation partners, Sales Development, and Marketing to support deals and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of software sales or consulting experience in SaaS sales, preferably in Contract Lifecycle Management or related systems.
  • BS/BA degree or related industry field sales experience.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle for Enterprise Cloud software or SaaS.
  • Experience with value selling and solution-selling methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent deals with moderate complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Experience scoping, managing, and executing customer demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to map business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Experience in CLM, Enterprise Legal Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Procure to Pay, or Revenue Operations SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • An impressive work ethic backed by verifiable work experience is preferred.
