Description

  • Sell Agiloft’s CLM platform to new enterprise customers and own opportunities from qualification through close.
  • Develop and execute win strategies and close plans aligned with customer priorities, enterprise buying processes, and MEDDPICC criteria.
  • Navigate complex deal structures, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Maintain accurate account activity, opportunity records, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular updates to sales leadership on pipeline progress, account strategy, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations with executive, legal, procurement, and operations stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present executive-level sales presentations, tailored demonstrations, and pricing proposals.
  • Work with Solutions Consulting to plan demos, coordinate proof-of-concept evaluations, and support technical validation.
  • Manage RFPs and RFIs in coordination with the deal desk, solutions consultants, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, implementation partners, Sales Development, and Marketing to support implementation strategy and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of software sales or consulting experience in SaaS sales, preferably in Contract Lifecycle Management or related systems.
  • BS/BA degree or related industry field sales experience.
  • Enterprise cloud software/SaaS full sales-cycle experience.
  • Experience with value selling and solution-selling methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent deals with high complexity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Experience scoping, managing, and executing customer demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Experience in CLM, Enterprise Legal Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Procure-to-Pay, or Revenue Operations SaaS is preferred.
  • An impressive work ethic backed by verifiable work experience is preferred.
