Description

  • Drive strategic planning processes and align initiatives with corporate objectives across the organization.
  • Execute business continuity plans and support operations during adverse conditions in line with corporate governance standards.
  • Develop business cases, consolidate information, and present strategic proposals to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Design budgets based on organizational strategy and upcoming deliverables.
  • Monitor team health, support leadership with cultural issues, and lead culture-enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage the rhythm of business by coordinating key meetings, executive briefings, and planning cycles.
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for executive-level clients and translate their vision into actionable initiatives.
  • Communicate executive priorities and ensure alignment across business units through clear, structured messaging.
  • Create strategic walking decks and executive-ready presentations that communicate key insights and decision points.
  • Support high-pressure, ambiguous workstreams by bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or related business roles.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Manager or Chief of Staff supporting an enterprise-level client in a consulting capacity.
  • Proven experience in business program management, organizational management, culture and change management, and executive communications.
  • Strong experience supporting senior leaders or in operational/business management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Management.
  • MBA or other advanced degree is highly valued.
  • Recent Microsoft consulting or contracting experience within the past 2–3 years is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale supply chain operations and end-to-end business complexity is advantageous.
  • People management experience and ERP system experience with tools such as SAP or Oracle are beneficial.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be based in Washington state or Texas and able to accommodate client-driven onsite or return-to-office requirements when needed.
