Description

  • Own and execute integration projects from customer discovery through go-live, including planning, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with customers, including multi-day on-sites and documentation of integration specifications.
  • Translate customer business needs into technical design for integration to the Afresh platform.
  • Evaluate customer requirements against Afresh's data model and integration patterns and recommend design adjustments when needed.
  • Analyze complex data relationships, identify root causes of mismatches or anomalies, and build custom queries or lightweight tools to support validation and mapping.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, product engineering, and data science to resolve technical risks and deliver integrations.
  • Share customer learnings across Product, Sales, and Customer Success and influence internal discussions with customer context.
  • Contribute to documentation, templates, onboarding content, and process improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and support team growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute complex integration projects end to end.
  • Experience leading technical discovery and solution design with customer IT stakeholders.
  • Experience drafting design documentation and guiding customers through technical trade-offs.
  • Data transformation and design experience working with data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Open to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience with AI/ML systems and identifying issues in data inputs used for predictive analysis (nice to have).
  • Commercial mindset and ability to understand what customers care about most (nice to have).
  • Dedication to quality, testing, design processes, automation, and operational excellence (nice to have).
  • This position is not eligible for company sponsorship.
