Description

  • Lead end-to-end financial systems development, including architecture, design, configuration, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
  • Define enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps for global ERP and EPM platforms.
  • Architect and deploy integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, loan ledger, sales, and reporting systems.
  • Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and establish the Financial Systems roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Own system operations, availability, monitoring, incident response, testing, alerting, and business continuity processes.
  • Establish code review, design, quality, and operational standards.
  • Develop team talent through feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
  • Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar.
  • Experience integrating ERP and EPM platforms to support consolidation, close, intercompany accounting, planning, forecasting, reporting, and disclosures.
  • Proficiency with integration technologies including REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, JSON/XML, SFTP, and event-based patterns.
  • Strong understanding of P2P, R2R, O2C, financial close, consolidation, management reporting, and financial planning.
  • Experience designing financial data models, transformation logic, reconciliation controls, audit trails, and data-quality monitoring.
  • Knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0, encryption, monitoring, disaster recovery, governance, auditability, and internal controls.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or comparable CI/CD tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Annual base salary of $220,000–$280,000 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $195,000–$255,000 in other U.S. states.
