Description

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
  • Develop and participate in annual compensation studies to assess market competitiveness.
  • Audit job roles, responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements as part of compensation reviews.
  • Lead benchmarking survey submission and review processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend updates to cash and equity compensation structures and ranges.
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses across incentive compensation, equity programs, and pay equity.
  • Own the pay reporting process for the geographies Affirm supports.
  • Assist with compensation training and communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
  • Experience with compensation management systems, with a strong preference for Pave.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience turning raw data into actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, and Claude Code.
  • Attention to detail, strong responsibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong team orientation and the ability to communicate clearly across internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems of diverse scope and evaluate identifiable factors in data.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information for employees and senior leaders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to maintain compliance for all plans and programs.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Base salary of $145,000-$205,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $128,000-$188,000 for all other U.S. states.
