Description

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
  • Own compensation system setup and ongoing management for tools such as Radford and Pave.
  • Develop and participate in annual compensation studies to assess market positioning.
  • Audit job roles, responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements as part of compensation reviews.
  • Lead benchmarking survey submission and review processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend updates to cash and equity compensation structures and ranges.
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses across incentive compensation, equity programs, and pay equity.
  • Own the pay reporting process across the geographies Affirm supports.
  • Assist with compensation training and communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
  • Experience with compensation management systems, with a strong preference for Pave.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience turning raw data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with data and analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, and Claude Code.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong judgment and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to employees and senior leaders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to maintain compliance of compensation plans and programs.
